Clear information on contacting emergency services and crisis support in your country when immediate help is needed.
CofD is an online platform designed for young people experiencing unsafe or difficult home environments. We provide a safe, anonymous space where you can be heard, supported, and connected with others who understand.
Our goal is simple: to make sure you do not feel trapped. There is always a way forward, even if it does not feel like it right now. We want you to know you have options.
Alongside direct support, CofD includes anonymous forums where you can connect with other young people who are either going through similar situations or have experienced them in the past. You can share your experiences, ask for advice, or simply read how others have navigated similar circumstances.
CofD is available internationally. However, it is not a substitute for emergency services. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or there is a risk to life, you should contact your local emergency number straight away.
Yes. CofD is designed to protect your identity. You can use the platform without sharing personal identifying information.
Create a free account and you’ll immediately be able to access forums and request support.
Do not use CofD. Please contact your local emergency services immediately (such as 999, 112, 911 or your country’s equivalent). If available, use a child or youth-specific emergency line in your country.
